Monday 29th July 2019 - In the morning, Clara and Ira cycled up to Highams Park so that Mummy could go to her fitness class. Obviously they wanted to join in too. And Ira was so good at riding his bike - look at him go!
Back home, at lunch time, Thomas really enjoyed eating some toast and yoghurt
And in the afternoon, Mummy took them to St Mary's school in Chingford where they spray-painted t shirts with their names on them
And then posed for pictures outside!
