Wednesday 9th October 2019 - Today was Ira's 5th Birthday. Five years old! He woke up at 6am and wanted to go downstairs immediately to open his presents. He started with Clara's present - a scruffy dog!
Followed by a Ninjago dragon
And a remote control Mario Kart, which obviously he wanted to play with straight away.
Mummy and Daddy bought him a Nintendo switch too, which was what he really really wanted
And Uncle Ed and Aunt Amy bought him a Sonic the hedgehog rucksack
Grandma Kay and Grandad Mel got him this amazing bike helmet and Grandma Catherine and Grandad John got him some marvel pyjamas - both of which he wanted to wear straight away
Ira wanted to were his helmet and his sonic rucksack on his way to school
And he sped there a very happy boy on his bike
Mummy kissed Clara and Ira goodbye and said they would go out for some fun after school
After school, Daddy drove them in the car to Westfield
Where they played in the cars while they waited for their dinner. Ira had McDonald's and Clara had noodle soup
Mummy tried to get a photo of the three of them in the play area
And this was the best she could do!
After dinner, they gave Ira a birthday cake decorated with Mario figures
And Grandma and Grandad sent a Happy Birthday video too :)
They all went for a game of bowling and Ira came second
And they heelied back through Westfield to the car
