Sunday 20th January 2019 - After the excitement of yesterday, Thomas and Mummy spent the morning relaxing in bed
Clara and Ira came upstairs and put Thomas' mobile on and he listened intently to it for the first time (first time since he came out of Mummy's tummy anyway)
Clara and Thomas played peekaboo
And Clara had her morning cuddle before getting ready to go and see Mary Poppins with Rainbows
When she got back, Clara, Ira and Thomas spent some of the afternoon lazing around on Mummy and Daddy's bed, playing games and watching tv
Then Mummy and Daddy decided that everyone should get ready to go for a walk up to Highams Park. They wrapped Thomas up in his woollen blanket and peter rabbit hat and took him out in his buggy for his first outing
They left it quite late, which means they got to see the sun setting and the super wolf moon appear over the park. They went to the cafe for hot chocolate and cake and Clara and Ira had a couple of gos on the zip wire before cycling home in the dark
When they got back, it was nearly bedtime. They had milk and stories and Thomas lay awake in his moses basket listening to Clara and Ira's bedtime stories
After Clara and Ira were in bed, Daddy had cuddles with Thomas
And when it was time for Thomas to go to bed, he was wide awake!
