Saturday 19th January 2019 - Thomas woke up in his bed next to Mummy and Daddy's bed (after a night of sleep and milk, more sleep and more milk), and Clara and Ira came upstairs first thing in the morning to see him
They helped Mummy change his nappy
Then Daddy took Clara, Ira and Thomas downstairs for breakfast so that Mummy could get a bit more sleep. They took her breakfast in bed - toast and raspberry jam and a cup of tea and she was very happy
Clara and Ira were delighted with their new brother and even agreed to smile for the camera at the same time <3
Thomas spent a lot of the morning sleeping beautifully while Mummy watched him and thought about how perfect he was
And how tiny his little hands were holding onto her thumb
In the afternoon, Grandma Catherine and Grandad John came to visit and see their baby Grandson for the first time
Aunt Amy came too
And Uncle Ed. They all had a cuddle with Thomas
And Uncle Ed played schools and hide and seek with Clara and Ira
When everyone went home, Mummy and Daddy were tired...
...and baby Thomas was too... zzz
